The TV Listings Editor is required to proofread, correct and enhance the television listings data that we receive from broadcasters across Europe for our extensive TV listings database.
In addition he/she will classify and harmonize the different program genres and perform last minute updates and changes to the program schedules.
In order to expand our TV listings portfolio we are looking for a Scandinavian mother tongue and English-speaking candidate to perform these editorial services for different television markets.
Qualifications:
You are the ideal candidate if:- you have good communication and language skills
- your are mother tongue in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish)
- you have knowledge of the other “non mother tongue” Scandinavian languages
- you have a good knowledge of English
- you have experience with translation and editorial work (considered a plus, not required)
- you have an eye for details
- you can edit with flair and accuracy
- you enjoy working independently with computers
- you are a good team player
- you are familiar with Microsoft Office
